La Reina Roja
A downloadable game
You're just spending a week at La Reina Roja State Park in west Texas, enjoying the beautiful rock formation that gave the park its name and the peace and quiet. But is it as quiet as it seems...?
La Reina Roja is a solo-journaling game inspired by Evergreen Wilds by Disaster Tourism for the International Parks Jam. You will journal your 7-day stay at the park, with everything you run into, and after the 7th day you will head home, taking the memories of the trip with you.
Note: this game can get a little dark and spooky, so please play at your level of comfort!
All art is done by Morgan Nuncio. Inspiration of the park design and concept is based off of Franklin Mountains State Park. The rock formation art is inspired by The Queen's Head in Taiwan's Yehliu Geopark.
